To create a thriving and equitable world, ImaginePod amplifies high impact, yet under-resourced, organizations.
For cross-pollination and collaborative learning, we 1) offer an international membership incubator community and 2) design custom cohort-based training programs in fundraising, communications, and marketing, tailoring each curriculum to the needs of participants.
Through initial interviews and surveys, we identify key challenges and priorities, then develop engaging learning experiences that may include workshops, hands-on exercises, peer discussions, and one-on-one coaching.
The co-learning programs are free or low-cost to nonprofit participants, supported by philanthropists and tech platforms.

With two different 9-month cohorts, we created an implementation-focused training curriculum for the Western Communications Hub with Resources Legacy Fund, funded by the Hewlett Foundation. We started by interviewing all six organizations on their top needs and challenges, facilitated a monthly training, hosted office hours, and offered 1:1 mentoring and homework review.
